  • Matthew Gwyther

    CONTENT

    Matthew edited Management Today for 17 years and during that time won the coveted BSME Business Magazine Editor of the year on a record five occasions. During a fifteen-year career as a freelancer, he wrote for the Sunday Times magazine, The Independent, The Telegraph, The Observer, GQ and was a contributing editor to Business magazine. He was PPA Business Feature Writer of the Year in 2001.

  • Becky Holloway

    PROGRAMME DIRECTOR

    Becky provides strategic leadership across all Jericho’s consultancies programmes. Her speciality is stakeholder engagement, coalition and consensus building to help address big corporate and societal issues to negotiate and co-create a brighter and better future. Past and current clients include KPMG International, Stifel investment bank, Go-Ahead Group, Barclays, Grant Thornton and EDF – exploring issues around tax; business’ relationship with democracy; health and social care; housing and infrastructure; and the future of work.

  • Neal Lawson

    ACTIVISM & THEORY OF CHANGE

    Neal is a political commentator, author and activist. He writes for The Guardian and New Statesman and published ‘All Consuming’ (Penguin, 2009) and ‘45° Change’ (2019) which helped shape Jericho’s thinking. Neal curates Jericho’s Responsible Tax programme. Before all this, he worked for a trade union; was an adviser to Gordon Brown and ran a communications company. Neal can also be found as Executive Director of the Good Society pressure group Compass.

  • John Connors

    TAX

    John was global head of tax at Vodafone for more than a decade, being responsible for all of the group’s tax affairs, instigating the publication of their annual ‘Total Tax and Economic Contribution’ report, including the company’s OECD-standard country-by-country tax report. Understanding firsthand the benefits but also the unique challenges businesses face in addressing these issues.

  • Andrew Gunn

    RESEARCH

    Andrew specialises in providing insight counsel based on primary opinion research he leads Jericho’s work on Accountability Frameworks and Peoples Forums. Over 20 years, he has interviewed and researched audiences as diverse as pensioners in Portsmouth, business leaders in Brussels and shift workers in South Korea. Previously Andrew has held senior positions in Ipsos MORI, Brunswick, PSB and Populus.

  • Clare Richmond

    LEADERSHIP

    Clare Richmond began life in Media Marketing before founding a groundbreaking grassroots regeneration initiative which led to her innovative work in communities, an MA in Leadership, and her book The Scavenger Mindset. Clare’s unique leadership perspective led her to develop the Liberating Leaders Programme to offer leaders practical support leading in complex situations, with a focus on leveraging existing resource. She is a qualified Coach in Behavioural Change and Award-Winning Speaker.

  • Andrew Russell-Moyet

    ASSOCIATE

    Andrew has over fifteen years of experience in public affairs, communications and business development roles with global brands such as McDonald’s and Pearson, as well as start-ups in Europe, Asia and Africa. He has advised parliamentarians, CEOs, founders and charity leaders driving forward social change, and makes angel investments in start-ups in the education, health and life sciences sectors. Andrew holds a BA and MA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and King’s College London respectively, where his academic focus was on the intersection of ethics and politics. He is also on the board of Humanists UK.
